Wow,wow,wow!....What you see on the cover is barely a part of the whole composition!
The Serbian artists is called Vladimir Velickovic,he lives and create in Paris for many decades now.
Just like his fellow colleague Ljuba Popovic.
They ARE very very exceptional.
Since they are both quite respectable in the art world,i believe you can find sth on them in English,French,etc...

I came across the work of Vladimir Velickovic when I was fresh out of uni, there was exhibition of his work in Berlin and it left quite an impression on young me...
His work influenced mine for some time, heavy set of paint....

Actually,he uses black mostly and red to accentuate the detail.

Yes, but in heavy set... I don't have a proper expression in English :D Like a bold use of paint (paint as a object, tool not colors)
Best way to describe it: Bold and heavy use of surfaces :)
