I need some help,feeling dull these days....i have some points ,370 or more.. i cannot renew my site,it's inactive,do i have to buy some?Tnx

Some of you have wondered off the usual maintenance of your site on Althemy, after seeing that your site is not valid or in this case expired (listed).
So far everyone saw the Renewal button that leads you to screen with simplified options.

Lets take a quick tour through everything here:

* Expiration Date: shows you exactly how much time is left before you need to decide to renew site. After that deadline shown, your site will not be deleted but temporarily removed from Althemy listing of sites.
* Next thing you can see is Choose subscription plan box where you can click and choose predefined amounts of renewable time for your site in consecuitve order [ 1 / 3 / 6 months or 1 year. ]

Total cost: is the amount of points (Althemy virtual currency) is needed for previously chosen time in the Choose subscription plan box above.

Your current points: shows you exactly how much points you have on your profile.

Points are virtual currency that everyone can earn by interacting with others and their content, presented on Althemy platform.

It seems you have plenty of points for almoust two months of renewal time.
Someone was busy and curious on platform?

You dont need to buy points becouse you allready have them. Only thing you need to do is choose 1 month if you number of points is less than 400 or renew two month at once. As you wish.
When you select desired time in subscription box, press Renew button.

Disclaimer: Points can be also bought for money but only if you need more than you usually gather by actively participating on platform.

Luckily i have strong habits that keeps me near screen during day. So I rarely keep a track of those points. I just see them in sufficient amount.
If I get on road and travel with my diy group, maybe I will be afk. How to buy those points and renew my site for longer period?

Two days ago,i renew it,left with 20 & sth points....now i'm back on 400.On the other side,on mobile platform i see renewal.You have some mess going around,don't ya?...i'm not gonna die of disappointment,but.....

It appears that some instructions inside platform is caching your request. Will investigate it becouse nobody reported this kind of problem so far, and many did / passed the same procedure with ease. I'll keep you posted on this.
