The Points System Explained
Althemy uses its own currency, or Points.
These points are used to purchase and prolong the monthly subscription of your website. In addition, you can use points to buy banners and promote your site across Althemy, even to those users who have not yet joined you.
But even if you are not interested in building and promoting your site, the Points you earn are still of value.
Points are used for some "everyday" activities, such as changing your personal avatar or forum signature, as well for starting the conversation through PM - keep in mind that only the first PM in a conversation is charged (1 point) - The rest of conversation is free.
In a very near future, once our shop is opened you will be able to use Points to purchase physical products such as exclusive Althemy T-shirts, Vanity Items and Apparel.
And in not so far future will implement Points into our Radio Station, so you may play the songs you want for all to hear, or use them to promote your site as a Radio Jingle.
