Adding and Removing Videos

Your Althemy site also has a special page for featuring videos. Unlike the Photos section, Video section has no options for direct upload of the content to your site. You must first upload your video to YouTube, and this allows you to put that video on your site as well by linking it here.

To add a video from YouTube, start by clicking the "Add Video" button.

Next, paste your video URL into its box. You can also add the description for the video, as well as mark it for appearing on the Home Page (or Front Page)

It is extremely important to paste only the link of the video, with no timestamp or playlist extension included. Doing so will prevent your site from correctly linking your video. 

Upon clicking "Submit", you will be able to see your video in the video section. Videos are automatically named according to their YouTube headlines.
