I like Marek’s idea for scorpion and ghost rider as a fire couple, and we have the ice couple covered, now all that’s left is to figure out a couple for all the elements (and sub elements)
So here are my thoughts:

Water could be King Triton and Juvia from Fairy Tail

Air could be Erigor from Fairy Tail and Storm from the X-Men.

Earth could be Groot and Toph from avatar (she is blind so she doesn’t care that he is a big tree creature, and he is Groot so he just don’t care… period )

Lightning would have to be Thor and… I was gonna say Misaka Mikoto from Toaru Majutstu no Index, but I am far more comfortable thinking up gay couples than couples with that big of an age difference. Sooo, I would say two blonde haired buff hunks, Thor and Laxus from Fairy Tail.

Oooooh, no, scratch that, a really cute (and age appropriate) lightning couple would be Misaka Mikoto and Killua from Hunter x Hunter
