From Victorian like romantic world of seam and cogs, Mad Max style world where gasoline is valued more than gold and blood and fashion is functional, armored and badass, wast desert worlds when water is nowhere to be found and what is left of civilization looks like colorful comic or technology run world, all in black and glossy white with shabby rebels running around.

It is the end of the world as we know it! Chose your world after the apocalypse!

Cyberpunk!!!!
I grew up on Matrix and that is my fav movie series of all times! Give me anything futuristic, shiny, glossy and I'll love it, if it includes long leather coats.... OMG!

I would have to say Dieselpunk. Mad Max was a great part of my childhood and I was so exited when a new one appeared this year. And that one was great! It was all Mad Max should be: Not much talking, great car chases, ridiculously good costumes... The whole nine yards!
And the whole look and feel on dieselpunk is appealing to me in more ways than one

Mad Max was super badass! Costumes in such movies never stop to amaze me! I was thinking about wearing stuff like that for every day, but I'm to girly
That is why I like TankGirl so much, she is the perfect combo of crazy, girly and utility

I prefer steampunk, it is so hot!
Girls look fantastic in that style, and it is so fantastic to wear Every time I put on a corset, I feel like a sexiest girl alive
Even in a casual version it looks beautiful and feminine ...

At last a topic with my stream of steam

Dieselpunk with all its futuristic technology and postmodern sensibilities, was allways closer to my mindset really. In our present enviroment there is much more to find and handle in this loadout. Personally in the beggining i had distastefull approach to Steam Vicotorian era becouse '50 were somehow more manly, at least in my crazy mellon

My prefered DPunk route was allways via Ottensian uphold and behaviour. From the first smell of diesel age, unhindered by devastation and violence, i was into it. Primarily becouse Im concerned about positive vision of technology, where the utopian ideals predicted with World’s Fairs, incorporated enthusiasm and predictions of bright future with retro-futurism elements.

Just becouse all that MadMAx hype was developed under strong Piecraftian influence, I discarded it as a path...

How can I help my friends to step inside this domain in more newbie way.?
I dont have time and resource to consult them all and still wikipedia is generic stuff list.
